• Users acknowledge that Staff Tube has no control over the truth and accuracy of any user content including individual profiles, job advertisements, videos, pictures and illustrations.

• Staff Tube can not be held accountable for any form of loss or damage in the event that this site is unavailable due to network down time, interruption, suspension or termination.

• Staff Tube holds no liability to users in relation to any type of loss or damage which may arise directly or indirectly from any services which have been supplied by Staff Tube.

• Staff Tube can not be held accountable for any loss or damage which has occurred as a result of users incorrectly failing to complete any part of the registration process or job application forms.

• Staff Tube gives no guarantee of the availability of any job or individual listed and can not be held responsible if individuals are unavailable or positions have been filled.

• All intellectual property on the Staff Tube site belongs to Staff Tube or its licensors and may not be reproduced or used in any way without written consent from the Staff Tube network.  Staff Tube may use all intellectual property in material provided by users without restrictions.

• Staff Tube accepts no liability for the misuse of any usernames or passwords on the Staff Tube site.

• Users must not impersonate any individual or company or make any false or misleading representations of self or others.  By registering with Staff Tube you agree that all information you provide on the site is accurate and true and that you will maintain the accuracy of such .All information you have provided must not breach any laws or the right of any individual.

• All users agree to post no content (including pictures and videos) on Staff Tube which is deemed, by Staff Tube, to be offensive, illegal or inappropriate and acknowledge that doing so could result in instant deletion of their account.

• You agree that your use of the Staff Tube network does not violate any applicable law or regulation

• Any attempts at advertising, or solicitation of, any user to buy or sell any products or services through the Staff Tube network is prohibited. Transmitting of any chain letters or junk email to other users is also a violation of these rules.  

• Staff Tube may, at its discretion, refuse to accept or remove any user registration or any user information for publication if it believes it does not adhere with all regulations and conditions set in place.
  
• Users except all liability  for any material they place on the Staff Tube site and by doing  so release Staff Tube and its affiliates against any claim as a result of this

• All Staff Tube users agree to be bound by all stated terms and conditions.  The agreement shall remain in full force at all times whilst you are a member of Staff Tube or using Staff Tube services.  The terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime.

• You may not post, modify, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material or trademarks with out the written consent of the owner.

• All users declare that they have not relied upon any representation made by Staff Tube or a representative of Staff Tube which has not been stated in the terms and conditions or any other material produced by Staff Tube.
